Shipping

All items will be shipped in an Organza bag (one piece per bag), safely bundled in bubble wrap and placed in a padded mailing envelopes. Items will be shipped by USPS within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred. I am not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. Please contact me if you prefer a different shipping method or wish to add insurance.

Refunds and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is my top priority! If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 5 days (beginning with receiving your jewelry). To receive a refund, the jewelry must be in the original packaging and unused. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be made via PayPal. If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact me so I may remedy the situation. I want your experience in my shop to be a pleasant one!
