This necklace is made of a Fossil Jasper teardrop cabochon. The teardrop cabochon is not a bead, it is not glued in place or drilled: instead, seed beads create a secure bezel. The bezel is surrounded by a seed bead ruffle of complimentary colors – greens, browns and mauves. A spiraling rope of seed beads, matching the ruffle, forms this clasp-less necklace.

The opening of the necklace is 12 inches. The necklace will easily slip over your head. The pendent (with ruffle) measures 3 1/8 inches. The necklace measures approximately 24 inches.
